You do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.

Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Contains any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3 Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Ampere Autopilot, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
No right, title, or interest in or to the Services or any content on the Services is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Ampere Autopilot. Any use of the Services not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Ampere Autopilot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Ampere Autopilot does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Ampere Autopilot does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Services in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not Ampere Autopilot) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
